After an early breakfast in Arusha, set out for Tarangire National Park, a scenic 2-hour drive through the beautiful Tanzanian countryside. Upon arrival, begin your thrilling game drive across Tarangire’s diverse landscapes, renowned for its iconic baobab trees and massive herds of elephants. The park is also home to zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and a wide array of bird species, offering fantastic wildlife sightings at every turn. Pause midday to enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in a serene spot surrounded by the breathtaking scenery and the sounds of nature. In the afternoon, continue exploring the park, keeping a lookout for predators like lions and leopards, as well as other fascinating animals. As the sun begins to set, make your way to your campsite or lodge, where you can relax and soak in the peaceful ambiance of the African wilderness, ending the day with memories of an incredible safari experience.
On Day 2, travel from Tarangire National Park to the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s top wildlife destinations. As you journey across the Serengeti’s vast plains, enjoy breathtaking landscapes and spot an array of wildlife, including lions, elephants, and giraffes. After a hot picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery, continue your game drive through the Serengeti, where you’ll have the chance to see the Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo—along with other iconic animals. As the day comes to a close, arrive at your campsite in the heart of the Serengeti, surrounded by the natural sounds of the African bush. Enjoy a peaceful night under the stars, reflecting on your incredible safari experience.
After an early breakfast, embark on a morning game drive through the vast Serengeti National Park, where you’ll have the chance to spot iconic wildlife such as lions, elephants, cheetahs, and zebras roaming the breathtaking savannah. After enjoying a hot lunch, continue your exploration of the Serengeti’s diverse landscapes, soaking in its beauty and abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, set off towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, taking in the scenic views and wildlife encounters along the route. Arrive at your campsite near the crater rim in the evening, where you can relax and prepare for the next day’s exciting safari adventure.
Start your final day early with breakfast before descending more than 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a remarkable geological wonder often celebrated as one of the world’s natural marvels. As midday arrives, pause for lunch at the crater floor, surrounded by unparalleled wildlife encounters. Expect to see great bull elephants, the critically important population of black rhinos, and large herds of grazing herbivores such as wildebeest and zebras. Predators like lions and hyenas, alongside a multitude of other species, thrive in this ecosystem. With around 400 bird species recorded here, the crater’s avifauna is equally remarkable. Following your crater exploration, begin the return trip to Arusha or head directly to the airport, concluding your remarkable safari experience.
After an early leisurely breakfast, we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater – the world’s giant unbroken volcanic caldera. Search for rhinos, lions, leopards, and many more. The lunch will be set at a picnic site overlooking a hippo pool. After lunch, we ascend the crater rim and start the 5-hour drive to Arusha. It’s an adventure as we pass through coffee and banana farms and beautiful villages to drop you at the Arusha Coffee Lodge to stay overnight. The next day, you’ll be taken to the airport for your scheduled flight back home. Overnight: Arusha Coffee Lodge
